From the idea to the perfect masterpiece

In Eastern Europe, the clocks tick a little differently, so a relevant note regarding media rights:

There is a copyright on the logo / lettering of the band “Iron Maiden” and therefore it is not permitted to use it in the form of thumbnails without express consent. The mere fact that this logo is a distinguishing mark that has been precisely assigned to a particular originator makes it imperative to comply with these legal regulations.
A logo like this has no place on a website – and a link to this video would constitute a clear violation of copyright law. I have a specialist lawyer who is a specialist in the field of IT and copyright law.
I also say this against the background that I am the owner of an agency for legally compliant websites. And I can’t stop the band (Artemes) or Diana Petcu from doing what they themselves declare in their videos.
As the author and person responsible for this article, I have to strictly adhere to the rules.
